1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a charter with Inverted Fishing Charters LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Private fishing charters
  • Sandbar trips
  • Dinner cruises
  • Sunset cruises

Services are available in and around St. Petersburg, Florida, and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and captain discretion.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Payment: Remaining balance is due prior to departure.
  • Cancellations:
    • Customer cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may receive a refund or credit (less deposit if applicable).
    • Cancellations under 72 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals may forfeit payment.
    • Weather cancellations made by the captain (e.g., unsafe conditions) will be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the designated dock location.
  • Follow all captain and crew instructions at all times.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation; illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Customers assume responsibility for personal belongings and valuables.

5. Risks & Liability

  • Participation in charter activities involves inherent risks, including boating, fishing, and swimming risks.
  • Customers release and hold harmless Inverted Fishing Charters LLC, its owners, and employees from liability for injuries, losses, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used as instructed.

6. Reviews & Promotions

  • By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Inverted Fishing Charters LLC the right to use them in marketing materials.
  • We may contact you via email or SMS for booking confirmations, reminders, and promotions (with opt-out available).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in or servicing Pinellas County, FL.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the “Effective Date.”
